Quick Start Instructions

To begin searching for volunteer opportunities click "create an account." You will be directed to our online volunteer matching website, 1-800-volunteer.org

Fill in the required fields. They are necessary so that the volunteer coordinators can contact you with information about your volunteer opportunity.

Once you are finished you will be prompted to search for opportunities. You can search according to your interest, availability, or geographic area.

When you have found a volunteer opportunity you are interested in, simply indicate when you are available and click “express interest.” The volunteer coordinator for that opportunity will be notified and will contact you with further information.

Note: you MUST be logged in to your account inorder to view contact information for volunteer opportunities.
